A bold trend (posted 27th March 2015)
Paint-dipped artwork - what do you think? Dipping furniture, such as stools or table legs into paint to create a colourful and impactful contrast is a trend that has been followed for a while now. Bar stools are an obvious choice, but this trend isn't limited, you could 'dip' a plant pot, chopsticks, crockery, a vase or bedside table.

And now there are those who are taking this trend even further by dip-dying paintings! Artist Oliver Jeffers has created a collection of dip-dyed paintings, where varying amounts of the painting is visible and the rest, including the frame, is 'dipped' into a single colour of paint.
