All go...go.....GO! (posted 8th September 2012)

Things are hotting up, things are getting exciting...things are coming to final stages!

Our stand design for Independent Hotel 12 exhibition at Olympia on 16th and 17th October is finally pretty much complete. Gorgeous, bright and welcoming, greys and turquoises, pinstripe carpet, beautiful seating, graphic wallpaper (with our new branding, also pretty much 'there'!) and luscious imagery of our work.

When we booked the stand we were working on the premise that this would be our official launch into the hospitality industry, but we have beaten our own target, by already having two major hotel projects under our belt! A design is in the process of being implemented into five rooms at four star boutique hotel, Flemings Mayfair, just cushions and bed covers to go in there. Hopefully more rooms, more designs to follow. And a fantastic, fabulous, 'spectacular' (clients feedback!) penthouse serviced apartment behind the Ritz, with grand views over Green Park has just been installed last week. A proper 'see how the other half live' scheme, rental available from £15,000 - £20,000 per week! Photos to follow on both these projects on our blog, at our stand and in the soon released new issue of our magazine!

Branding is coming on a pace too, in time for the launch at the show. Website is being rehauled, stationary in final stages of design, and crucially, the new issue of our magazine is looking GORGEOUS! Clean, crisp, white, showcasing our best work and our favourite products, plus a sneaky peak into my home and Helen's home....which brings me to my weekend project, photo shoot tomorrow! Tidy tidy tidy, clear away all sign of plastic toys (of course, my children only play with wooden toys and building blocks!) and I am just looking through smeared windows in Saturday morning sun....anyone know of a window cleaner who works Sunday mornings?!

And finally, after saying goodbye to Beccy Smart last week, we have our new PR and Marketing Manager starting on Monday. Welcome to the team, Chanelle....straight in at the deep end!
