One of Suna Interior Design’s most recent sales suite projects is the stylish marketing suite design for London Square’s Staines Upon Thames development. Marketing Suite design plays an integral role in the sale of a development because it is usually the space in which a developer gets to set their first impression with potential purchasers. The suite also needs to be multifunctional, housing a reception, various seating options, from open seating for informal discussions to more intimate spaces where confidential conversations will take place. All while subtly portraying the aspirational lifestyle of the development.

The palette selected by interior designer Joanne for this double-height, light and contemporary marketing suite design was inspired by the accent colour of the development's branding: a vibrant coral, warm ivory and brushed brass, creating a stylish look with pops of colour.

The bespoke timber feature panelling behind the front desk with warm LED lighting creates interesting layers that enhance the space and establish a sense of continuity with the linear quality of the design. All the while artfully illuminating the area.

The fins are a great way to form different areas. They create privacy without closing off the room and are visually attractive with their angles.

A second set of fins defines a more formal space providing an element of privacy whilst still retaining the feeling of openness and creating eye-catching shadows.
