The Elm show home at Kingsley Park offers an eclectic colour palette of pastel pinks and greens, enlivened with mustard and emerald, this show home feels warm, colourful and full of personality.

We took a lot of inspiration from the surrounding landscape; the surrounding countryside, the pops of colour you see in spring and brought that feeling indoors. The aim was to create a space that feels fresh and vibrant, with little surprises as you move through the house.

Bold prints and modern floral details add character, while warm oak finishes help ground everything and make it feel like a comfortable, welcoming home the family can grow into.

The Olive show home at Kingsley Park presents a spacious four-bedroom family home designed to balance modern elegance with everyday comfort. Set across three floors, the interior scheme enhances the property’s expansive open-plan living, creating a natural flow between kitchen, dining and living areas, perfectly suited to contemporary lifestyles.

Thoughtfully considered finishes and layered styling bring warmth and personality to each space, while maintaining a refined, aspirational feel that resonates with a broad range of buyers. From the welcoming communal areas to the more private, restful bedrooms, the design approach showcases how versatile, functional living can also feel effortlessly sophisticated.

The Holly show home at Kingsley Park showcases a beautifully proportioned three-bedroom family home, designed to combine practicality with a calm, contemporary aesthetic. At its heart, an expansive open-plan kitchen, dining and living space creates a sociable hub for modern living, while a separate family area offers flexibility for both relaxation and entertaining.

The interior scheme enhances the home’s generous layout with a balanced, inviting feel—layering texture, soft tones and thoughtful styling to appeal to a wide range of buyers.
